I continue to lift Sydney and Lynette up in prayer through each and every day. After the Lord Jesus fed the 5000 He taught the crowd that He is the Bread of Life. In John 6:51 "I am the living bread that comes down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever." I pray Sydney will not feel the pain of hungry. That the Lord will fill hers and Lynette's heart with His word to sustain each of them during this course of treatment.

I can't begin to understand the depth of your families' suffering. I can only trust that God's grace is sufficient for you and remind you of the Apostle Paul's words, "I consider the sufferings of this world next to nothing compared to the glorious future. Rom 8:18

My prayers continue for Sydney to get through the next 48 hours of not eating. I pray that she comes out of this healthy and strong. I pray that Lynette continues to hold tight onto her faith in God, that he is doing his will. I pray for the entire family that they remain strong. Patty

When Ray told Sam about the upcoming 72 hours Sydney and you all are facing, Sam told Ray he is going to fast with her. Ray and I both were so inspired by Sam's desire to do this with Sydney, that we, too, are joining in. He's on his way home from his last final exam. With that "weight" lifted, he's ready to take on the next 72 hours with you. Sending you all our love, Ann for Ray, Mollie, Sam, Libby and Emily

Lynette, thinking about you and praying for God's strength and wisdom. I know you and Sydney are weary. In Hebrews 2 we are reminded that God has put everything under Christ."God left nothing that is not subject to Him. Yet at present we do not see everything subject to Him. But we see Jesus..Keep your eyes fixed on the author and finisher of our faith.
