James and Lynette, Your letters brought tears to my eyes but joy in knowing that you are safely in New York. I pray that God will bless every detail of this procedure to bring about total healing for Sydney. I love these words from the hymn "Moment by Moment". "Never a trial that He is not there, Never a burden that He doth not bear; Never a sorrow that He doth not share, Moment by moment, I'm under His care. Never a weakness that He doth not feel, NEVER A SICKNESS THAT HE CANNOT HEAL; Moment by moment, in woe or in weal, Jesus my Saviour abides with me still. Love and prayers, Janice Graham

How precius is the hand of God, guiding and healing Sydney every second of the day, healing every atom and molecule of her body!
I continue holding a vision of Sydney healthy, vivacious, and lively and having a wonderful time with her family and friends.
And I intercede in prayer to ask for her to remain healthy, be protected from chemo drugs, and that her body accepts the bone marrow and grows very strong.
Christ, the ultimate healer is there now, and also the Angels of Healing who work with Him. May everyone who loves Sydney experience this Great Presence and know its power to heal all pain, all fear, all disease.
When two or three are gathered together and invoking Him, there He is! Always!
With Love and All Blessings,
Launa

Hi Sydney! Guess what?! Christina's color guard squad gave me a flag for you so you can have one of your own. It is yellow and brand new! Maybe I can send it to you and you can hang it on your wall. You had amazing skill with the flag and I can't wait for you to get more practice with it. We'll give you a pole for it when you get back. Will has been getting a lot of sponsors for the tennis tournament he is playing in. He is so proud to be able to raise the money for your unit at Children's. I'll send you a picture of him at the tournament in two weeks. We're all wearing your wristband! Sending much love and prayers from the color guard squad and the Clarks! :)Ms. Clark

Lynette, It was so good to see you over my brief stay in Dallas. I, like you, find it hard to be "away" from my boys in Dallas. Praise the Lord for cell phones, and e-mail.
I am thinking especially about Sydney today. Is today her birthday? I seem to recall that she and Hannah are only a day or two apart. Hannah's 7th birthday is Friday, September 1st. It is so sweet to hear the prayers she lifts up to the Lord for Sydney. We are all carrying your family in prayer.
I would like to share one of the most beautiful verses in the Bible with you this morning. Psalm 94:19 "In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul." The Lord knows how to comfort you even amidst these most difficult days. He can cheer your soul, and I pray that He will.
We are all cheerleaders for the Thweatt family. Your community, both near and far, stands tall for you, Lynette.
Blessings from Florida, Gretchen Weir

Dear Lynette, James and Sydney,
"Your help comes from the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth. He will NOT let your feet slip - He who watches over you will not slumber." From Psalm 121 I pray that you will rest tonight while you are lovingly watched over. I pray that you are feeling held tightly in his arms. As you get settled in a place where everything is new, may you get everything you need from God who knows your every need.
The boys are looking so forward to their trip to see you. I pray you enjoy a beautiful time together! Cindi

Dear Lynette and Sydney, I love hearing how you traveled to NY! I praise God for His provision of transporting two of His princesses in style. Please know that we are often praying for you. We love you. "Now may the Lord of Peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all." 2 Thessalonians 3:16 Love and prayers, nancy

Hey Miss Sydney!! I hear your flight was really great. What did you think of the Statue of Liberty? How about all those Taxi Cabs all honking their horns at the same time?
I have been saving some more papers for you. I will send them with your brothers on Fri. Have you tried a time drill yet? I am so glad that you like math. Don't forget to read to mom and she can read to you too. We want to fill up your sticker book.
Give mom a hug for me and tell her I am praying for her.
Love, Mrs.Puckett Josh 1:8-9

Hi,Sydney! Not everyone gets their very own pilot! When you get down, just remember the feeling of flying and that we are sending angels to fly you over, through and around the "bad stuff"! Hugs to you, your parents and your brothers! Betsy Hickman

Lynette, It was with mixed joy and sorrow that I found your card in my group for this fall. Although I know I won't have the blessing of having you in my group again, I will definitely be praying for you and James, Sydney and the boys each day this fall. I will eagerly look forward to hearing how wonderously and mercifully God answers All of our prayers for you, and the great work that He will do through this challenge. I wish I could hop up there and hug you for everybody here at BSF, but my love and thoughts are with you... Lori McQuilkin

Lynette, I have thought and prayed for you, Sydney and your entire family all summer. My three children just started school today and all of my scurrying around may be think of you at this time. I hope that God continued to take control of all the details of your life and that his plan for when you go to New York is perfectly timed.

The beautiful crosses you all painted are in the kiln now! We had a great time of prayer for you all at Providence mom's prayer yesterday covering every detail. Our family prays all the time also.
As you adjust to a new set up: ..but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. IS 40:31

James & Lynette:
I just heard about Sydney's illness from Becky. I am so sorry that this has occurred in such a wonderful family. But I've been reading through your postings and have all the hope and confidence in your doctors, your family and your strong religious compass.
I'll be thinking of you all and will keep reading your website for updates.
God Bless you all.
