Hi Sydney! I heard from Mrs. Castilla how much fun you were having with your brothers. I miss you and your mom! I was praying for you tonight and I came across this verse that I hadn't seen before: But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. And I was delivered from the lion's mouth. 2 Timothy 4:17 (New International Version) I love you Sydney! Ms. Clark

Hi Sydney, Guess what is on the middle of our refregerator? It's a picture of two Thweatts; pretty Sydney with her pretty Aunt Becky. It is the only picture on the fridge so we see it many times each day. We really didn't need the picture there to remind us of you because you seem to be in our thoughts and prayers so much of the time, anyway. Praise God for answered prayers. Your precious mom and dad, brothers and all your family are so often on our mind, and every time, we think of each of you with prayers and love. May the grace and peace of God be with all of you. Hugs, A. Jeane & U.Edd

We are rejoicing with you always---it is never a burden to lift up your family and those who walk this journey with you. Our family will be delighted to pray for the other families on the 9th floor--we have learned so much about His power and timing through your struggles. It is also good to know that Sydney is eating...Emily (9) does Girl Scouts with a Providence troop. Her activity last month was to pass out this baggie of 4 GS cookies to someone who is in need of cheering up. She immediately wanted to mail them to Sydney. I wasn't sure how this would be received since she wasn't eating...so we didn't mail them. Now when I pass this along to Emily--I will tell her that we will save a whole box of cookies for Sydney to have all to herself!! Tell her to keep her head up--we are all rooting for her to come back to Dallas!! Blessings to you all....

My family and my homeroom (my extended family) at Providence have been steadfastly praying for you. We are so excited that you all will get to leave the hospital. Bailey and I were making Valentines cards last weekend, and she asked if she could make one for Sydney... we'll send it your way! Please give my best to Jack; tell him to visit me anytime! Maybe sometime soon, he could bring Sydney with him to visit.

I just read this new entry and am so glad things are better with Sydney and hope she got to move out of the hospital for a while. What a blessing that she has begun to eat again. Continued blessings to all of you as we pray for recovery for Sydney and for her return home.

Sydney, I thought you might like watching this horse dance. The video is of Andreas Helgstrand and his 9 yr old mare, Matinee at the World Equestrian Games. It is the Musical Freestyle Dressage competition. Turn up the sound and watch this mare dance...she is amazing...she KNOWS where the beat is...at one point she even skips.
