Dear Precious Thweatt Family,
Maybe you remember us from Providence. Brighton was in Johnson's class in 3rd grade. May the comfort of the Holy Spirit be with you. We weep with you for the loss of Sydney. The girls have been talking about Heaven and how awesome it is that Sydney gets to be there with Jesus. Life is short; soon we will all be there. I pray that the Presence of the Lord fills your home daily and brings you peace. Thank you for sharing this journey with everyone. It's truly the Body of Christ. We will continue to pray for all of you.
Love, The Garner Family

Words cannot express our sincere sympathy for your family at this time. We know the brave fight that Sydney fought. And know that those who love her did everything possible to care for and comfort her.
Our heartfelt sympathy,
R.L. & Brenda Crawford

Father God,
We come to the only place where there's hope and You say..."Pray without ceasing" - so we do now for the Thweatt family.

You say, "Seek My Face": Your face, Lord, I will seek on behalf of this family.

You say "Believe in Me", and we do, Lord;

You say, You do not know My Thoughts...No, Lord, For my thoughts are not Your thoughts, nor my ways Your ways,

"You put our tears in Thy bottle"
Psalm 56:8

You are intimately acquainted with all of my ways; Even before there is a word on my tongue, Behold, O Lord, Thou dost know it all. Thou hast enclosed me behind and before, And laid Thy hand upon me. Psalm 139:1-5

Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed. Yes, Lord, I believe You are Truth, and the Lord who has compassion on us.
Isa. 54:10

May your unfailing love rest upon the Thweatt family, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you. Psalm 33:22

Wishing we could hold you so close to ease your pain. On bended knee we seek to send you our love. We are brokenhearted for you, but celebrate Sydney's homecoming.

I never met Sydney but I know that she was an outstanding young girl who was an amazing fighter and I pray to God that no other child has to go through the pain and suffering that she went through ever again. Let us praise God that all of that has ended and she is now with Jesus in heaven looking down on us smiling and having a great time in heaven.

We love you so much and we cannot even begin to imagine losing such a beautiful little angel. Sydney has touched all who knew her and thousands who would of loved and been blessed by knowing her.
We are so sorry that your journey in life has added this tragic chapter, but thank you from the bottom or our hearts for the strong and faithful walk that all of you have shown to the rest of us. Like we said at the start of this, you are awesome. We are crying inside, but we are comfored by your strength. God Bless you, the circle is complete.

James and Lynette and the Boys,

It has taken me a few days to have the courage to write a note. I was in Lake Tahoe at a Conference when Cara called me with the news. It was actually Caroline, in her class at school, that checked the website as they were getting ready to lift up "prayer request". She called Cara with the news and asked Cara to come up to the school to comfort her.

What a battle you have been through. Yet, maybe it is this website that has shown you the power of prayer from all over the world. This website has given you comfort and all these entry's will always remind you that "ALL OF US" were in this struggle with you. God was merciful to allow Sydney to be with us for all these months during this struggle. I remember that in October of last year, the doctors were not optimistic, yet you had faith and continued to hope and pray for healing and God allowed her to remain with us for all these months for a reason.

We are praying for you as you come back to Dallas and prepare for the service on Friday. We pray that all will go as planned (good weather) and for safety for all those (including us) coming up for the service.

We are thankful for the precious times that we were able to share with Sydney and look forward to seeing her again in Heaven soon.

Love,

The Gary Giles Family
