We are praying that today is the day of Sydney's transplant and that she is on her way to being cured. You are all in our hearts every minute. Love, Aileen & Jack Pratt

I work with Grant and I want you guys to know that you are constantly in my prayers. NOTHING is too hard for God and if you continue to hold on, he will see you thru.

I was talking with Grant and would like to send Sydney a DVD for Christmas. Can you give me a list of her favorite movies that she doesn't have already?

I will keep Sydney and your family in my thoughts and prayers. I have three little girls and know how hard it is when they don't feel well. We will pray for her recovery.

Lynette & James: I think of you all so often and have prayed that all has gone well with the tests. I hope the transplant is still scheduled for December 13th. I have our prayer circle praying and the Beeville Baptist group praying too. May you be filled with peace and know the Lord is with you. I love you all.

During this holiday season, it is so difficult to imagine what you guys are going through. We know that is has been a tough journey all the way, but at Christmas, it can seem even more daunting because of our desire to be at home, with our family and friends.

Your faith and endurance continues to feed us all with faith and hope. Please know that our hearts and prayers are with you constantly. Please give little Sydney a hug for us and let her know we love her.

We lift Sydney and her parents and this entire ordeal with the fight for her physical life to you.We ask that you intervene and touch Sydney in your healing ways, and we thank You that You are indeed in control and always faithful.We long for healing for Sydney, and honestly as a mommy, for James and Lynnette to keep thier baby here on earth to raise, for it is better to be with You, but as a mommy, my grief would be insurmountable if You asked me to give the little lambs you have given to me, back before the time that should be expected.

So I cry out with all these saints to ask You to give little Sydney life in her body, if it be Your will.

With great thanks and praise for who You are and Your great and mighty ways, In Jesus name, Amen.

Dear sweet Lynette. I just read your latest email. I cannot begin to express our(the Providence community)love for your precious Sydney. My heart is so heavy for you all,but I know that the Lord is working in you to show all of us how to live, how to have faith(when it seems so difficult) and how to be the most incredible mommy. Your faith through this journey of pain, confusion, and heartache has been such a testimony to me and my family. Dear Family,
A few days have passed and I have thought of you and prayed often. The time is coming for the transplant and I know we are thankful that it is only two days from now. I pray for Sydney's lungs to be strong, her mind sound, and her body ready. It seems that the world is praying for this special child of God. I was reflecting on the word "wait" and how we spend all our lives waiting for one thing or another. This wait for the transplant has seemed at times an eternity and other times I can't believe the day has almost arrived. So we wait and trust that God has the perfect plan for Sydney. I will keep all of you in my thoughts the next fews days as we wait for news of the outcome. My love and prayers to the family. I remain faithful, trusting and waiting. Love, Patty
