We are still in constant prayer for Sydney. God is personally using her to lift my eyes off myself. Anytime I catch myself in self pity I am urged to pray for all of you. Thank you for your faith! Kristina Davis and family

Sydney, Lynette and James, After reading the previous entry about Sydney's terrible pain. I cried as God brought a song to my mind "My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus name. On Christ the solid rock I stand, all ohter ground is sinking sand . . . all other ground is sinking sand." We love you and miss you so much. We pray that God does immeasurably more than anyone can think or imagine in Sydneys body.

We don't know each other, but I heard about you through Team in Training. I am going to donate some platelets for you this Saturday. I hope they help you get well soon!

Heavenly Father, I thank you for Sydney's donor. Thank you for his willingness to give an entire week of his life to prepare for this gift. Please help him to be feeling well today. Put on his heart the thanks so many feel for his gift, and I pray that he will feel your love too! Thank you for carrying Sydney to this point-where the Thweatts have longed to be for months. Thank you that the donor was willing and able to wait for your time to give his gift. In Jesus name I praise you for all these things! Amen

Got this in a Christmas card yesterday...
The greatest sin - fear The best day - today The greatest deceiver - one who deceives himself The greatest mistake - giving up The most expensive indulgence - hate The cheapest, stupidest and easiest thing to do - finding fault The worst bankrupt - the soul that has lost its enthusiasm The cleverest man - one that always does what he thinks is right The meanest feeling - jealousy The best gift - the Son of God
God's richest blessings, You are loved, Mary
