My heart and my prayers are with you all. I met Mary Catherine Huffines when we lived in Dallas. Our little girl Meredith had brain cancer at the time. I heard about you from my rosary group at Christ the King. You must keep your eyes on Jesus. Praying the rosary with Meredith helped me to get through the darkest days of my life. We took each decade as we prayed and tied the message to events in our lives. For instance, the visitation corresponded to when we found out I was pregnant with Meredith, the carrying of the cross was living with Meredith's disease. We all found great comfort, strength, and courage in knowing Mary was praying for us, that Meredith's heavenly mother would care for her come what may, and, in a difficult to explain way, that Christ had asked our family to help Him carry His cross. We knew that He was walking our journey by our sides. He loves you very much to ask this of you. And Sydney, in her innocence and beauty, must truly be very close to His heart. I pray that you have the strength , grace, and courage you will need in the days to come to do what you must and that you will always know what profoundly good and exceptional parents you are. And I pray as well for your children. I was given a quote that said "Peace is not the absence of strife, but the wherewithal to face adversity".May you all know Christ's peace in your hearts.

We continue to pray daily for Syndey's healing and for strength and comfort for you, her family. You all are not forgotten! May you find your shelter in Jesus. I pray that you really will be able to keep your eyes on Him in the midst of this storm. Thank you for giving us the priviledge to go the the Father on your behalf. Thank you for sharing Sydney and your trials w/ us.

I am a friend of Susan Raybourn and Dina Steele. I know them from the bible study I attend, Women in the Vine. I know our leadership group and myself personally have been praying for you, Sydney and your family during this battle. I am so inspired by your faith and strength in God through this time. What a testimony you have. I know you don't even know me, and I've never met Sydney or either of you, but I truly pray for you all, Sydney's healing and above all, God's plan for your lives. We are praying for Sydney and the whole family. A friend of ours son was diagnosed with leukemia this summer...in reflecting on their journey the father said "when I don't understand God's ways, I must trust His ways." Praying you will be strengthened as you trust in Him.

I am praying for you and your family. I pray that God heals your daughter and guides your family.

We were praying this morning (as we do every week) for you in Mom's In Touch at Cambridge. One of the verses we used was Psalm 27:13 "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the livng." The following verse also seems appropriate "Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord." Please know Sydney and each member of your family are in our prayers. You are all a testimony of faith and courage to us.

Just wanted Sydney to know we'll be praying praying for her; especially tonight at church in Hope, AR.
