With tears in my eyes I just read about Sydney's passing. I do have joy in my heart at knowledge of Sydney being in the presence of Jesus. I have prayed faithfully for Sydney for months and check this web site almost daily. I will continue to keep your family in my prayers daily and ask God to bless you with His presence, comfort, peace, joy, and courage to continue to go forward.

It is raining this mornig in Dallas. I think the weather finally reflects how so many of us in this community feel right now.

The Lord says in Isaiah 66, "As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you . . ."

Lynette, we have all watched your steadfast comfort of Sydney over these last couple of years. You have been such a godly mother, demonstrating the kind of strength only our Lord can provide. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey. Sydney's life and your example have been a blessing to our family in ways I can't even express.

We are praying that you will sense the Lord's comfort now, more than you ever have.
