Dear Lynette, James and Sydney, Thank you again for continuing to be a picture of what it really means to walk with Christ. It is hard to express in words what an impact your letters have had on our entire family. The kids (and Tom and I) have learned so much about trusting God through uncertainty and suffering, that God is strong even when life is fragile and what it means to intercede unrelentlessly on someone else's behalf. We were at Dancing Angels today and wishing that Sydney was there with us. The kids and I stopped in that quiet chapel on the campus. Each of the children prayed aloud and earnestly for Sydney. We are all pleading with God for miraculous healing. With love, Lynne for all

James and Lynette,
Our family continues to pray that the Lord will keep you in His perfect peace just as He promises to do for those whose mind is stayed on Him (Isaiah 25:3)Through the ages our hymns of faith have given praise and honor to the Lord and strength and comfort to His saints. They help us keep our eyes in Him. This is a beautiful hymn: The Christian's Hope Can Never Fail Taken from the Gadsby Hymnal #245
We travel through a barren land, With dangers thick on every hand; But Jesus guides us through the vale; O, The Christian's hope can never fail.
Huge sorrows meet us as we go, And devils aim to overthrow; But vile infernals can't prevail; O, The Christian's hope shall never fail.
Sometimes we're tempted to despair, But Jesus makes us then His care; Though numerous foes our souls assail; O, The Christian's hope can never fail.
We trust upon the sacred word, The oath and promise of the Lord; And safely through each tempest sail; O, The Christian's hope can never fail.
"According to His great mercy, He has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled and unfading, kept in heaven for you..." I Peter 1:3,4

Sydney, I just want to tell you what a special blessing you and your family have been to me already. Your faith and trust in God is so inspiring and so humbling. I believe with all my heart that He can heal you and I can't wait to see the miracle that He's doing in you even now. And what a beautiful smile you have! I work for your Uncle Grant. He is an awesome man and loves you very much. I will continue to pray for you and your sweet family every day. Love, Terri

I'm a member at Watermark and I have been praying for your daughter for some time now. She comes to mind daily. This is my first visit to your website and I am in tears as I look at it. My wife and I have 3 kids(2 boys and 1 girl) with our girl being the oldest at 4 1/2. She's in the enrichment 1 class at Providence. I can't help but to try to put myself in your shoes as I envision going through what you've endured with my own daughter. I am putting together a prayer sheet so that our entire family and particularly Olivia(my 4 1/2 year old) can pray diligently for your family. I would love at some point for my family to meet you and Sydney though I'm sure you guys are bombarded with visitors and want to be sensitive to that. Please know that despite the incredible hardship that all of you have faced through this trial, the Lord has used it for good in my life to humble me and reveal His incredible mercy and grace bestowed to my family. Through it, He has given me a spirit of thankfulness for my own family's health, a recognition of how important it is to live in the present because life is temperal, and an awareness to hold my children with more of an open the hand. May God richly bless your family and particularly Syndey. We will continue to pray diligently for a miracle! Tyler Whann and Family

Hey there,
The Cutler family enjoyed sharing Thanksgiving with your family. It was a very special day for us. Our time together was a reminder of all we have to be thankful for and to rejoice in Amazing Grace. To top that off the food was great and the Cowboys won! Please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
