Lynette--I pray for you all several times each day. You are in my heart and on my mind. Most often when I'm reading the Bible--my thoughts turn to you. In II Cor. it talks about being under great pressure "far beyond our ability to endure" "that we might rely on God and not on ourselves" "he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope as you help us by your prayers--Then many will give thanks on our behalf for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many." I know I am just one of many who continues to pray. We love you. I loved the sweet picture of Sydney. Take care. Kathleen

I'm a friend of Guy and Kamee's from Virginia ... Sydney is an inspiration ... as are her parents. I hope you will add to your "things to pray for" continued strength for Mom and Dad. My daughters and I are praying for all of you and especially for Sydney's complete recovery.

You do not know me, but I am a friend of Uncle Grant. I have followed your path through your website and simply want to wish you and your family the very BEST.
I also want to give you a couple of thoughts that I think are appropriate...
First, is a little saying that I think is so true...it goes "Tis not the softer things of life which stimulate our will to survive; but bleak adversity and strife do most to keep our will alive. O'er rose -strewn paths the weaklings creep, but brave hearts dare to climb the steep". You, sweet Sydney are one of those brave hearts.
And finally, something my dad used to tell me..."A helpless sparrow can drift with the wind, but it takes and eagle to fly against the storm" Soar high little eagle.
Your friend in spirit,

The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
With much sincere and tender love, Lisa

Hi there Sydney,
I'm a good friend of your Aunt Marcee and Uncle Grant. I understand you are in the hospital. It sounds like you are a great patient, always helping the nurses and the doctors.
I read in your newsletter that you are going to NYC. Well that will be a grand adventure.
I'm so glad there is a newsletter about you so everyone can be kept up to date about what's happing to you.
Your big wheel story is super. I also like seeing your picture. You are a special young lady and I hope and pray you feel better soon.
Take care and enjoy riding on the big wheel.

Dear Sydney, always keep your faith in God. Look to God for your miracle, pray and expect your prayer to be answered. God is good so put your life into his hands because he can do all things. I have been and will be praying for you to be healed.

Hi Thweatt Family!
I am praying Ephesians 3:16-20 for you all today!
Lord I pray that you would strengthen the Thweatts in their inner persons, and that you would dwell powerfully in their hearts through faith. I pray that they would be rooted and established in love. I also pray, as a family, that they would know and experience the length, width, height, and depth of Christ's love which surpasses knowledge and be filled with all of the FULLNESS of YOU Lord. Lord, we know you are able to do above and beyond all that we ask or think. To You be the glory, forever and ever. Amen.

Timothy and I enjoy reading your newsletters and we love praying for you. We lift you up constantly to the LORD for He can do all things! One of my favorite Psalms is Psalms 27. I love all the verses. The last two verses are ones that I placed on my kitchen window so that I would see it everytime I did the dishes. It says "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD. Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the LORD!"
So Timothy and I are claiming all that goodness that the LORD has for YOU in this land of the living. We are waiting with our faces turned up toward Him, and expecting the great things that He has for YOU!
I hurt my back and have been in the hospital. When it gets better and I can drive, then Timothy and I will bring you a basket of fun things just for you. We hope to see you soon!
We love you,
Ms. Darby and Timothy
