You are in the palm of God's hand and held tightly by Him. I am praying for Sydney's complete healing. That no hand will touch her that has not been touched by the Lord. For Lynette I am praying that those who surround you will bring you peace, strength, encouragement and blessings. The hand of the Lord will be upon you and them. For the family - to feel His arms around you as you continue to trust in the Lord and see that He is good. For the donor - for the Lord to keep His protective hand on this person so they will be healthy and available when Sydney's body is ready for the transplant.

With Christ's love and mine,
Cynthia G. Gammill
Sydney's 3 yr. old BSF Children Leader.

hi sydney and family, what a brave young lady you are sydney!!! i am amazed at all the needles you have had to deal with and your courage and patience during the process. my husband, allan, passes out everytime someone tries to stick him with a needle, so you should be very proud of yourself and the way you are handling all of this. there are alot of adults that wouldnt have the courage you have, including me. the picture of your quilt is just beautiful and it sure looks cozy and warm. what a sweet gift of love. please remember that my family in oklahoma city is praying for you everyday. many kisses and hugs are being sent your way. xoxoxox sandy brooks

Lynette

I am an elder at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship and want you and Sydney to know that she and your family will be lifted up at our prayer night this evening! My nephew battled the same disease when he was a bit younger than Sydney and he is now a sophomore in college!

In Christ alone,

Jim Greenwood

Dear Sydney,

I'm thinking of you today. I pray the LORD will show you great mercy and touch you with His healing hand.

Have you memorized any verses lately? I'm working on Isaiah 53. Maybe you can listen to me recite it sometime.

Today the sun is shining outside and the gentle breeze reminds me of the gentle presence of the Holy Spirit. I hope you sense His presence with you.

Love,
Miss Stutts

Dear Ms. Sydney-

I just wanted to say 'hi' and tell you how proud I am of you. You are so very brave and strong. Praise God for the way He made Sydney! I miss you and still check in on your website everyday hoping to catch the next update as soon as it's up. I look forward to playing violin with you again. (I will always keep a lesson time open for you on Wednesdays. It's still there and it will be until you're back!) You were born with a natural talent for music! You know, God gives each of us special talents and circumstances in our lives so that we can bring Him glory. You bring Him SO much glory, my sweet! With you, God is very pleased!

Much love,
Ms. Jenn

Dearest Lynette and James:
I cannot express how much I appreciate your updates. Your descriptions of faith and despair are so encouraging for me. Sydney just continues to show her gloriousness and I ache, laugh, and cry at every entry. Thank you for sharing your honesty. My community group is praying for the family, doctors, and most of all Sydney. You guys continue to be a blessing to all of us.
