Hey Sydney,
It is getting late today but I wanted to be the first to wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY tomorrow. I remember so clearly the day you were born. I was right there with your Mom and Dad and Aunts and Grandmothers when Dr. Walters announced "it's a girl"!!! What a joy you are to your family. God placed you in a special home and he is continuing to heal your body so you can be home witn your special family. We love you so much and pray for you everyday and rejoice at your strengh and answered prayers.
So, you have a great day and know that you are loved and prayed for by many, many believers that want you home with your family soon too.

"He always lives to make intercession for them." (Hebrews 7:25) What a comfort it is to know that Jesus is always praying for us, even when our own prayers and those of others are insufficient! He prays constantly about things in our lives that we don't even know about. When our own resources are totally exhausted, He is still in heaven, praying dilligently for us, according to the will of the Father. "He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God." (Romans 8: 27)

I forgot to mention that I just finished the "Shattered Dreams" Bible study that I gave you a copy of. The Lord gave me a verse during that study that I wanted to share with you. It is so powerful:
Psalm 34:18-19
"The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in Spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."

You are the "righteous" my sweet friend! And what a promise--He will deliver you out of all your afflictions! All His promised are "YES" and "AMEN!"
