Dear Precious Sydney - you are so loved by our Messiah! I pray you feel His love, His unfailing love and joy all around you. You reflect the glory of our Messiah. Remember He will never leave you nor forsake you... He is with you all the days of your life. I pray all of Psalm 91 over you and your precious family especially where it says that "He has given His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways... and that when you call upon Him He will answer.... He will give you long life and His salvation." Romans 10:10 says, "when you call upon the name of the Lord you will be saved." Saved there means SOZO in Greek, and it translates - healed, made whole, restored, delivered. Sydney, I pray and speak LIFE over you and that God will restore all things concerning you.
Lynette and James - may our heavenly Father cloth you with strength, perserverance, and hope to walk out this journey. He loves you so much. All my blessings and prayers are with all of you.

Please know that my homeroom has comitted to pray for you daily, especially on the 12th. Sydney (and family) remain a permanent fixture on our prayer request board (created by Meredith Scudder).
Selections from Isaiah 40: Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young. ...The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

dear lynette and james, i just want you to know how your messages have ministered to a group of us in okc. i am very close friends with susan esco and we have a group of six girlfriends that have been praying for you guys daily, as susan forwards your letters on to all of us. we all had lunch today and spent a good part of our time talking about you guys and sydney, and what an amazing witness you have been to us. one of the things i have learned from you is to always praise God first, AND that there is always something to praise him for. i also told susan that your precious little girl has taught me so much about true, unqustionable faith in God. she has that true faith like a child, that i long for. you guys have done such a good job of expressing her personality and trust in our Lord Jesus, i almost feel i can sense the depth of her peace and trust in Him. What an incredible young lady that was born to minister to people she doesnt even know. all of us here feel as if we know you guys, so maybe we will meet someday. until then, please know that we are all praising and thanking our precious Saviour for "his power that is being made perfect in sydneys weakness." please give sydney a big hug from her girlfriends in OKC. love, sandy brooks

James wrote: "The Lord is my Shepherd." and the rest of the verse says: James, You shall NOT WANT!! HE will make you lie down, but in GREEN pastures (provision!) HE will LEAD James, Lynette, Sydney("YOU")et al.Beside STILL(rest) WATERS(Christ is our LIVING Water and we shall NEVER thirst) HE(will and does)RESTORE your soul(heart, spirit and mind): HE has LEAD "YOU"(and is carrying YOU)on the path of righteousness for HIS Name's sake(and YOU have Done Well good and faithful servants as you have transparently shared your Faith in CHRIST alone -the "No Matter What God, WE will serve YOU" kind of Faith you have shown and taught us all). James, Lynette, Sydney - "Yea though YOU are walking through the valley of the shadow of death, YOU CAN FEAR NO evil(for CHRIST has ALREADY conquered sin and death)FOR GOD IS WITH YOU("always, all ways til the end of the age") HIS "rod" and "staff" they COMFORT YOU(for you can trust, rely upon and count on HIM). HE has ALREADY prepared the BANQUET(Feast-THANKSGIVING)Table for YOU in (the face)presence of YOUR enemy AND HE(does, has done and continues to)ANOINTS(sets YOU apart for a special work or service -"The anointed one of God belongs to HIM and Him alone, in a very special way" 2Cor.1:21) YOUR head with OIL (healing balm)and YOUR cup(will)RUNNETH over("above and beyond ALL we can hope or ask for" because YOU cannot hope or dream of ALL of HIS Blessings for YOU -HIS "anointed" one. GOODNESS and MERCY(and comfort)will follow YOU ALL (not some, most or a high majority, but ALL)the days of YOUR life: and YOU will dwell in the HOUSE of the LORD(and in HIS arms tucked under HIS wing)for EVER!!!
James wrote "Lynette responded, GOD has INSTRUCTED her to not be terrified or discouraged." AMEN!" In ALL Things(Trust&Obey as there is NO OTHER WAY to be Happy in Jesus)DELIGHT YOUrself in the LORD and HE WILL give YOU the DESIRES of YOUR heart."
James,Lynette and Sydney et al. it is "easy" for me (us) to say for we are not "walking in the valley of the shadow..." but know WE ARE ALL WALKING WITH YOU and STANDING for YOU (in the gap)when it is hard. Remember GOD LOVES YOU! and we are YOUR "Joshua," holding YOU up when YOU are tired and can can no longer stand - and like Moses with the help of Joshua the battle WILL BE WON!!!
"HIS PLANS for YOU are GOOD not evil HIS plans are to BLESS YOU and NOT harm YOU, HIS plans are to GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE!!!!" (Jerm.29:11 and keep reading thru verse 14a.) In his sufferings Job said to his wife "Shall we accept good from God, and not trouble?" (Job 2:10)and look how "Life" turned out for Job in the end when he was willing to submit and have total surrender and acceptance of God's will and Sovereignty. Love forever and always in Christ Jesus! Jodie (et al.)

Ps. 94:19 "My comfort in suffering is this: Your promise preserves my life" PS. 119:50 "May your unfailing love be my comfort, according to your promise to your servant." Ps. 119:76 With love, The Waggoners

I received an email about Sydney and I wanted to write and let you know that my family will pray for the infection to be cleared from her lungs. Our daughter Madison has been fighting Leukemia for 18 months so I know what you are going through. Your faith is amazing and I know that it is a great source of comfort in a very difficult time. I think you are probably at Cooks since you were eating in Ft. Worth. We have spent many, many nights there and I know the Doctors and support people are very good. Madie is 9 and we will pray together for Sydney tonight.
