Dear Lynette,
We saw Johnson at a soccer game on Saturday and couldn't believe how big he has gotten! We also saw James and got an update on Sydney.
We are so thrilled that things are "looking up" for you and Sydney, and that she is an out-patient. It was fun reading your last update, and imagining Sydney going on outings to the pet store in NY! How far you have come!
We are so happy for you, and continue to pray daily for your family. We can't wait to see you back in Dallas perhaps this spring???

Oh Lord, together we pray for Sydney, who needs the healing ministry of the great Physician and for her loved ones who are anxious. Jesus, our Saviour, you are still the compassionate miracle worker, the Most High God. Help those near Sydney and her loved ones today, to minister to them according to their needs and your loving kindness. Give them comfort and peace that passes all understanding, in the name of Jesus Christ, your son and our Lord. Amen

Each time I re-read the most current update, it brings tears of joy to my eyes. Sydney, your Uncle Ray and I remember a time I had to be on some strong pain killers and it scared me the way the medicine made me feel and the things I would say when I was on it! We're so so glad you're feeling better every day and rejoice in God's perfect provision.

Sydney, I have been thinking about you. I teach Enrichment in the room next door to Mrs. Dauster where you were last year. I hope you remember seeing me in the hall. I am so glad that you are feeling better and able to be out of the hospital. Your mom says you like going to the pet store. Do you remember all of the animals outside your room in Enrichment? We have two white doves, one parakeet, two goldfish, one fire-bellied toad (his belly is bright red like fire), two little geckos (lizards), one leopard gecko (he's bigger and has different colors and spots on him), some tadpoles that we hope will soon turn into frogs, some hermit crabs, a hairy tarantula and a big aquarium of fish. We have TINY baby fish that have been born inside the big aquarium. They are so fun to watch as they swim in and out of the big rocks and plants that are in the aquarium. You can see that I like animals too, just like you! We sure do miss you. I have been getting up at 5:00 in the morning and walking on my treadmill. I have never done anything like that in my life. I usually like to sleep late! When I walk, I spend some of my time praying. I pray a lot for you. Lots of people pray for you because they love you and your family. I hope I will get to see you soon. Its great to read that Sydney is feeling better. The chemo can really wear your system down, but its really encouraging to see her rebounding. Sydney, you your family have gone through a lot in the past year, and I hope/pray that you are feeling better than before the transplant. You were a mighty sick young lady, and I'm pulling for you from Richardson.

We loved hearing about the progress Sydney has made in the latest update. I read it several times and am so very thankful for the good news. We continue to pray for each prayer request and praise God for all the progress Sydney has made. Love to all, A. Jeane

I love hearing this wonderful news!!!! What insight Sydney has into God's glory, His character and concern for her. I continue to pray for complete healing and restoration of her body and the Lord sustaining hand and protective arms around the Lynette, James and the boys (even little Chaps).
