I'm praying for Sydney and keeping up with her through Mary Linda Lipe. Your sweet family has a lot of people who love you and are thinking about you. This website is a great idea. I hope the weekend brings refreshment and encouragement.

you all have been an incredible blessing in my life and i am so thankful for you. You are an awesome family and are living exxamples of God's love. I am praying for sydney as well as all of you and pray that you will continue to remain strong and have faith in the Lord and His goodness.

You don't really know me at all but I am a 7th grader at Providence and I wanted to let you know that I am praying for you guys with my whole family! I want you all to remember that God has this whole situation in his hands. We love you so much! Your family is amazing! God Bless you for your bravery throughout this time...

James, Lynette, boys and Sydney,

I've attempted several times to call and write but break into tears. Finally, the Lord comforted me with the words to the hymn, "Be Still My Soul". The first verse goes:
"Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side.
Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain.
Leave to thy God to order and provide;
In every change, He faithful will remain.
Be still, my soul: thy best, thy heavenly Friend
Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end."

I love each of you and carry you with me in my thoughts and prayers throughout the day. John and Luke are praying fervently with me and hurt for their "cousin" Sydney. Hugs to each of you, your Moms, and sisters.
