Still watching and praying. Thank you for the updates. We look for them often. We hope the corner is turned and a green pasture of peace and wellness is ahead for Sydney where she can play and chat with her friends and family. I am amazed at her stamina to go the extra "mile" in her walk. What a trooper!!.

Dearest Thweatts, Youngs, and Aunt Marcee, I know you read Joni's e-mail devotional each day. I was reading her Diamonds in the Dust, and loved today's verse: Romans 12:12 "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
You all live out this verse before our eyes and we are, indeed, blessed. Joining with the masses in believing God and praying for Sydney and all of you. We love you, Ann

This was an amazingly uplifting report considering what you were reporting. God is truly with you and sustaining you!
We got to see a lot of your handsome son Jack this weekend at the soccer tournament. He looked great and seemed to be having a good time. Also, he played so well and was such an important part of the team's defense. We are so glad to have him back! It is wonderful how well the boys seem to be doing.
God bless you all.
Love,
The Johnsons

"He rescues and he saves;
he performs signs and wonders
in the heavens and the earth.
He rescued Daniel
from the power of the lions"
Daniel 6:27
We are praying continually that God will shut the mouth of these lions that nip at Sydney. Thank you again for allowing all of us to walk with you and to have the honor of praying for you. We hope today brought many victories. Love, Dee Ann

My heart continually goes out to all of you with this continual battle to get Sydney well again. You're faith amazes me and is an inspiration to me. The letters put up on the site make me cry and other times make me happy. I have three daughters who are 12,8 and 5 and we pray for Sydney that she'll be healed and you all can return to TX.

God Bless,

Stephanie Tyler

Dear Precious Family; once again I am amazed at your steadfast spirit,unyielding strength and the truly remarkable witness you are to so many of us here in Highland Park Methodist. We all pray(daily) and speak of you weekly when we gather. Along with you there are constant prayers. I have spoken to you of my grandson, Russell, in Austin who has ALL, he is finishing up his 2 year last week of treatment and has one more year to go. I have heard from James a couple of times and our son, Jeff, Russell's dad was here on business the night we had a prayer service for Syd. Our family, prays daily for your sustaining faith, energy, power to continue, and we just know, one of these WHEN Syd. returns to Dallas, we will get Russell up here and they shall meet. Russell has turned 5, he was diagn. one month after his 3rd birthday. Nothing he has been thru comes close to comparing with sweet Syd. yet knowing what we do about this type of cancer, please know we walk very closely your entire family.God has His arms wrapped all of you and will see you thru to a good place. It is a strange connection--not knowing you, yet this "tie" of these two children, makes "us" feel we do know you. Bonny, Rusell's mom and I talk so frequently about you all and we are studying and reading to better understand all you are going thru. Just know, as you do, His Strength & Endurance & Power & Grace will see us all thru this time in our lives and our lives will be different because of it, as will Sydney and Russell---they will have a very special service to perform in their later years and what a joy and blessing it will be to see these two children grow and mature and see what they will do no doubt, for others because of who they are in the process of becoming. God's Grace and Blessings to you all from "the Bakers", Nancy
