Dear Sydney, Lynette, and James,

Please know that the Garcias continue to keep you in our prayers. I kept a paper letter we wrote to you last year but didn't send (we sent the note by email) hanging up in our kitchen as a reminder to us to keep on praying for you. I have heard alot about Sydney from Skylar Evans and Laura Payne. I hope she gets better and know that everyone back in Dallas is thinking of her and hoping that she will get better. Keep Fighting Sydney!!!

I am praying for Sydney and your entire family. I know about Sydney from my friend Karen Koop. My sister-in-law had a transplant several years ago, so that gives me an added interest. Remember that you are loved by God, you are not alone even when you are lonely, and your situation is not out of God's control. I pray that you wil be filled with the peace and mercy of God.

The highlight of our trip to NY last week was getting to come see you and Sydney. Your strength is amazing - that day was such a rough day for Sydney and you...and we're so so glad that the steroids are helping her to feel better than she did that day. We loved our time with Marcee also. Our love and prayers go to sweet Sydney every day and hope that you can start getting out with her to the park again soon - and that a date back to Dallas is given soon!! God is good! Hello to Myna!

Lynette, Do you remember all those prayers we sent on banners to New York during Pray and Provide? I was thinking about all the prayers being sent up to heaven on Sydney's behalf and thought how God has provided banners of prayers to wrap and cover Sydney's every day and night. We continue to pray that God will sustain, restore, and deliver sweet Sydney. Rest tonight in the knowledge of God's deep deep love for you.
