Walter and I want you to know that we are praying for you all every night. We remember being in the hospital in Sweden when he was screaming for more morphine for his broken leg. I cannot imagine how much harder it is for you, though, with sweet Sydney's condition. We are pulling for you every day.

Dear Sydney, I hope you feel better. My family and I have heard about you through Easter White. She has babysat us before, and she has told us how much she loves you and how much you and your family mean to her. I think you sound like an AWESOME girl, and someday I would like to meet you. I am 8 years old, and I go to Hockaday School in Dallas. I noticed on your quilt that your birthday is in August. Mine is in July, but I was due in August. I think that's neat. I have been praying for you, and I want to keep praying for you. I hope your pain goes away. I'm going to have my mom give a card I made for you to Miss White. I hope you like it. I'm proud of you. I drew u something that says "HELLO KITTY" on it......... but any wayz.......... i hope ur pain goes away!!! i been prayin for u all tha time write befor i go 2 bed!!:-). but i know that god is always with u dont ever forget that!! well i just wrote 2 u. to show that i care 4 u and pray 4 u.. but be stronge and brave through ur hard times well may GOD be with u every min. and every day!
