today i have the honor and joy of baptising sarah-hope. she has become particularly prayerful and sensitive since sydney's been sick. I want to learn more to thank God for the trials of life, for it is in reflecting on my powerlessness, i submit to trusting Him. For by trusting Him in faith not by sight, He is truly a God that is worthy of worship. we are praying for this trial to be over soon and we all will stand along with sydney in health and thank God for growing us into a deeper relationship with Him.
we are praying for the things you have requested.
waiting in faith and trust.

Dearest Sydney,
Our prayers and thoughts are not only with you, but are constant in our daily thoughts as we gain the Lord's attention in helping your precious little Sydney to overcome this hurdle in her young life. It is not only a hurdle for the young, but a test of faith for we older people. The Lord understands our hopes as we put so much trust in his word and his salvation and his love for each of us. We bless him and trust him always. Bobby and I send you our love and hopes for your strength through this fight. We know that the Lord will shine his light on your little Sydney and will enfold her in his arms to protect her. Marcia and Bobby

Our wish and prayer is for God to wrap his arms tightly around each of you as you nourish with care and love your beautiful and, undoubtedly, brave little family member as she undertakes her treatment toward complete recovery. How much you all are in everyone's thoughts! With the love and prayers of your army of friends, modern medicine, and the skill of the doctors, Sydney Jr. is well on her way to a complete remission.
