Dear Lynette, Jillian has reminded me several times that she has been praying for Johnson and "his sister." I have encouraged her to keep reminding me, so that Knox (my husband,)Lait (our son) and I can do the same.
I can bearly talk with Jillian about it, because I begin to cry.
I know I don't know your family very well, but God has put your lives and the life of Sydney on my heart. I will continue to pray for you all, and appreciate your specific prayer requests, and praises through this link.
God bless you all, kb

Lynette and James,
I praise God that he loves you so much, that he has called you by his side to know him in a way many will never know...what a privilege this side "under the sun".
I too, like Sydney, am a cancer survivor. It will be 7 years in November. Based on your e-mails, God created your precious daughter with such "spunk" and joy and wisdom and strength...maybe for this very season.
My son,Wilson, is going into 8th grade at Providence and I wanted to send you Godly encouragement from the only one who can sustain you on the mountain tops! We are ALL being healed of something in our lives, all potentially fatal, but He is with us...and I count it a privilege to be on this path praying with you.
It is not who we are in the once-in-a-lifetime big things; but rather who we continue to be over-the-long-haul in the little things.
You, my friends, are reflecting His light daily...be encouraged!

It is not OUR notes that are inspiring, but yours. Thank you for sharing these with us on the website. We are praying for dear Sydney. Macrae asks about her, about cancer, about God. Our daughter Virginia cut her hair for "Locks of Love" 3 years ago, and this brings it home. Our son Laws cares because his friend Zach Raybourn cares so. Because of God, we have great hope. Thank you for sharing your journey. Debby Smith

Dear Thweatts,
We have moved from Dallas at the end of school and will miss Providence so much! We want you to know that even though we are gone across the country we are praying for your family and for Syndey and believing that he blood of Jesus heals, saves, and breaks all power of Satan. We are spreading the word about Sydney and praying for her daily and for the constant renewing of your faith and comfort and peace!
We will keep checking out the web site for updates! Please post any special wants or needs for your boys and for Syndey. Sometimes care packages help and we would love to send one!
Sincerely,
James, Dawn and Bailey

James and Lynette, Precious Sydney is in our prayers daily for a full recovery. Her spunkiness will serve her well. Just an idea on that swollen lip.... give her crushed ice to eat and hold in her mouth when she is having her chemo treatment...this keeps the blisters from forming so readily..it worked for me. love, SuEllen Wilson
