We are praying for Sydney and the whole family. A friend of ours son was diagnosed with leukemia this summer...in reflecting on their journey the father said "when I don't understand God's ways, I must trust His ways." Praying you will be strengthened as you trust in Him. The Leventhal's Dallas, Texas

We were praying this morning (as we do every week) for you in Mom's In Touch at Cambridge. One of the verses we used was Psalm 27:13 "I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the livng." The following verse also seems appropriate "Wait for the Lord; Be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord." Please know Sydney and each member of your family are in our prayers. You are all a testimony of faith and courage to us.

Father God, We SEEK you because we have no greater power than YOURS AND YOUR GRACE IS SUFFICIENT. We petition on behalf of Syndey that YOUR HEALING POWER would completely wash over her beautiful body and bring healing. We know that you are with her and that you will never leave nor forsake her. She is YOURS, Father, and we love her so much. We long for her to be able to spend a long life with her brothers, mom and dad, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. We KNOW SHE has an amazing story of your sovereignty, grace and provision and so we pray in the strong and healing name of Jesus, that she would be restored so that she can tell about you for years and generations to come.
Lord, you never give up on us, so we are never giving up on you. You, alone, are our HOPE, our STRENGTH, OUR ROCK OF FAITH, and we BELIEVE you. We SEEK YOU, ONLY YOU, LORD. We TRUST you and do not waiver in faith despite all of these circumstances. wE do not take our eyes off of you, Jesus. We know that suffering is part of this life on this side of heaven, but we know that we don't live for this side of the door, but for the eternal side - in heaven and for all eternity.
We have no where else to turn, Lord Jesus. But, you, alone are our REFUGE, our STRENGTH and our COMFORT.
Your Word tells us what to do in every situation.
"I WILL STAND AT MY WATCH AND STATION MYSELF ON THE RAMPARTS; I WILL LOOK TO SEE WHAT HE WILL SAY TO ME, AND WHAT ANSWER I AM TO GIVE TO THIS COMPLAINT." Habakkuk 2:1
