We have been praying for you all for a long time and will continue to fervently pray that you will feel an overwhelming sense of God's perfect peace, comfort and strength. We pray that you will feel His arms wrapped so tightly around you as He cradles you in His loving care. Our hearts ache for you and our heads will be bowed in prayer for you.

We love you so much and we cannot even begin to imagine losing such a beautiful little angel. Sydney has touched all who knew her and thousands who would of loved and been blessed by knowing her. We are so sorry that your journey in life has added this tragic chapter, but thank you from the bottom or our hearts for the strong and faithful walk that all of you have shown to the rest of us. Like we said at the start of this, you are awesome. We are crying inside, but we are comfored by your strength. God Bless you, the circle is complete.

James and Lynette and the Boys,
It has taken me a few days to have the courage to write a note. I was in Lake Tahoe at a Conference when Cara called me with the news. It was actually Caroline, in her class at school, that checked the website as they were getting ready to lift up "prayer request". She called Cara with the news and asked Cara to come up to the school to comfort her.
What a battle you have been through. Yet, maybe it is this website that has shown you the power of prayer from all over the world. This website has given you comfort and all these entry's will always remind you that "ALL OF US" were in this struggle with you. God was merciful to allow Sydney to be with us for all these months during this struggle. I remember that in October of last year, the doctors were not optimistic, yet you had faith and continued to hope and pray for healing and God allowed her to remain with us for all these months for a reason.
We are praying for you as you come back to Dallas and prepare for the service on Friday. We pray that all will go as planned (good weather) and for safety for all those (including us) coming up for the service.
We are thankful for the precious times that we were able to share with Sydney and look forward to seeing her again in Heaven soon.
Love,
The Gary Giles Family

We are so sorry for your loss, but so grateful for your family's example of faithfully walking with Christ, and for Sydney's personification of remarkable courage. Our family has been praying for Sydney, and you, her family, from the beginning. Our daughter Jillian, Johnson's classmate and good friend, has been constant in her prayer for Sydney, and your family. Please know that we stand ready to help you in any way we can, and know that you are loved by many. Yours in Christ,
Knox and K.B. Fitzpatrick

There are no words to express our feelings in this time of sorrow. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
The Cord We are connected, My child and I, by An invisible cord Not seen by the eye.
It's not like the cord That connects us 'til birth This cord can't been seen By any on Earth.
This cord does it's work Right from the start. It binds us together Attached to my heart.
I know that it's there Though no one can see The invisible cord From my child to me.
The strength of this cord Is hard to describe. It can't be destroyed It can't be denied.
It's stronger than any cord Man could create It withstands the test Can hold any weight.
And though you are gone, Though you're not here with me, The cord is still there But no one can see.
It pulls at my heart I am bruised...I am sore, But this cord is my lifeline As never before.
I am thankful that God Connects us this way A mother and child Death can't take it away!

Precious Thweatt Family, Heaven is a sweeter place to those of us who have children there. It has been a journey of prayer that has blessed all of us who have had the privilege to pray for Sydney and for you these past months. May God continue to wash His peace over you as he gently holds you in the palm of His hand. You have been a shining "city on a hill" to all of us who have read your thoughts and prayers through this website and through friends that have kept us updated. I will continue to pray for your precious family and please know that we grieve with you the loss of Sydney, a tender and courageous little girl. Thank you, Father, that she has now been made perfect in Him. With Love and hope in our Savior, Ginger Johnson, OKC, OK.
