Your glorious news continues to bless me. I know that God is not finished with His miracles in your family. I will continue to pray prayers of thanksgiving and for God's continued grace.
this week our family will celebrate the Epiphany of our Lord Jesus Christ when it is believed that the three wise men arrived at the manger where baby Jesus lay in the hay. I look forward to celebrating this special season and marvel with the same awe as the wise men at His miracles in Sydney.

PRAISE GOD FOR HIS INCREDIBLE CHRISTMAS GIFT!!!!!! We are so thrilled with the great news!! We wanted you to know we are praying for you everyday and want you to know we love you and will continue to pray for you all. Stephen misses Johnson and wants to say "hello". He can not wait till he comes back to school,but he said he understands, he would want to be with his sister too. He wanted Johnson to know he didn't miss much! We stand amazed at the life and purpose called out for Sydney and for your family. We pray His mighty hand to continue to heal her and for His faithfulness to be revealed to you and all that are walking the journey with you. Hello Sweet Sydney & Family

Happy New Year we love you and continue to pray that God will take away all your pain. Sydney remember our three little angel prayer, the angels are always watching over you. We come this far by faith trusting in his Holy word he never fail us yet.

Happy New Year, Sydney. I donated blood for you at Sloan Kettering on December 26th. I learned about your need for blood through TNT (Team in Training, an organization that raises money for research in blood diseases). I live in Manhattan with my wife, Alison, and our son, Ian, who is 19 months old. We all hope that you feel better quickly so that you can celebrate soon the Christmas that you postponed.

Happy New Year to Each of You from the Baker family in Dallas and Russell and his family in Austin. Russell did not travel as we are all hoping his counts (that are up--will stay up). It appears now he may not be able to get to 100% chemo and stay (as he continues 3 times now to "fall off the wagon") My what a miracle we see in these children. He is at 75% and that would probably be ok for quiet a while. We are ALL rejoicing for you all and especially little Syd with her counts etc. better each day. God Is Good.

I was reading my Advent and Christmas book today for Jan. 1 and thought I needed to share this part with you:

... Wherever love proceeds from us and becomes truth, the time is fulfilled. Then the divine life floods through our human relationships and all our works. Then everything that is lonely and scattered and seeking for the way of God shall be bound together by divine power. Then, of human effort and of the divine miracle, shall the world be born in which Christmas is fulfilled as reality.

I thought of Sydney and our Christmas miracle we are proclaiming.
