Hey Sydney, I am just sitting here studying for some finals I have this week and I thought I would shoot you a quick message. I wanted to let you know that I am coming up there real soon and can't wait to hang out again. Don't let those boys hog the game boy too much. Love you and see you soon!
Tell Marcee hello for me
Love,
Will James

Dear Sydney, Lynette and James, Your pain is so real, so difficult to respond. I can't express my sadness in words. I wish I could hold her and tell her how much she is loved by people everywhere I go, in grocery stores, BSF, Corner Bakery, church and other places. Your authentic faith is being lived out loud to thousands and is a powerful testimony to us all. Sydney, I am AMAZED at your courage and example of living by faith through Christ!
Concurrently, I am AMAZED at the power of His Love that is being demonstrated in this guestbook. I pray that hearts will be touched in mighty ways for His glory.
My prayers for you tonight are from 2 Corinthians 4:8-18 "For all things are for your sakes, that the grace which is spreading to more and more people may cause the giving of thanks to abound to the glory of God...Therefore, we do not lose heart, but though (all of) our outer bodies are decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day...PRODUCING FOR US AN ETERNAL WEIGHT OF GLORY far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are ETERNAL."
Proberbs 30:5 "Every word of God is tested; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him."
Lord, we pray for your Hand in each detail of the transplant procedures this week, and that You would restore Sydney's body again completely. Her trust is in You alone.
In His Love, Becky Ellerman

Father, I don't know this family but You know them intimately. Lord I ask in Jesus' Name that the lungs clear up this fluid and that the EKG come back into right order so that they will see the mighty work of Your Hand when the doctors run the next tests. Ease her pain Lord and give her strength to get through this time of pain. Thank You that this family loves You and that they are not giving up - but are drawing their strength from You - because Your Word says when we are weak that You are strong - show them Your supernatural strength today. I pray that this course that is set will stay on schedule without further drawback or changes and that You will organize every detail to fall into place. We thank You for the answered prayers and know that Your desire for this precious family is that they keep their eyes upon You, their Creator, and to trust and walk in faith - no matter what our human eyes tell us - let us see the situation with spiritual eyes and hear with spiritual ears what YOU are doing in their very midst. When Sydney cries out in pain, I pray that You will hear her cries and ease that pain and help her face the next few days. Let the Chemo take hold quickly and do what it is designed to do. We thank You and Praise You and gife You ALL the Glory for the many things You have done and will do in Sydney's life this day. I ask in Jesus Name for sweet rest for both her parents and for Sydney - just give them a moment of refreshment and renewal to enable their faith to grow and their strength to be renewed. We love You Lord. Guide the doctors and nurses to just the right thing to do for Sydney. We stand in agreement with this family for total healing and restoration. If You decide to heal her without all the medical "stuff", then we stand in agreement and in faith that You Alone can make that happen. Blessings to you and yours. Cathy Thayer

I am in a Moms prayer group with Cara Giles. She is keeping us updated on Sydney. I pray Matthew 11:28 for you: "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." I pray Jeremiah 30:17 for Sydney: "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord. God's blessings on you all.

We do not know each other, but we are fellow children of God. I frequen a website for stampers (SCS) and just read a thread about Sydney. What an incredible journey she is taking, and what a powerful witness all of you are. Prayers for the strength and response to treatment that she needs.

Hello Sydney and Family. I wake every morning and go to sleep every night just praying and thinking of you and the healing god is doing for you. I know it is a hard struggle and your faith is tested, but just remember that he is with you and the doctors and doing his will. I AM ALWAYS THINKING OF YOU ALL AND THE BOYS AND EVERYONE IN YOU FAMILY.I wish I could come there and stand on my head and watch sydney laugh at me while I try.Yes, it would be a funny sight. Laughter is the best medicine..... You are all in my prayers and thoughts as I could through my day.

Hello to everyone - Sydney, James and Lynette. I am a cancer survivor now involved with Team in Trsining, and I heard of your family at practice this week. Please know that you have hundreds (!) of NYC runners and walkers thinking about you as they train for marathons and raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I wish you all the best - may the new year bring renewed health for Sydney.
