Hey James and Lynette!

Just want to remind you that I still pray for you daily and often times with my family. Your website is such an encouragement to live our lives only for Christ, our source for life.

I pray daily that God will heal Sydney and strengthen and encourage you, her and your family.

Much love in Christ!

Hi All!

I was up for a long time last night - couldn't sleep - and prayed fervently for your family and the complete healing of Sydney. I think about you all every day... many times... and Dale and Anne wear their Sydney bracelets 24/7... they won't take them off! We will pray today that it is a day of peace and that God will send His bounty of blessings down upon you. Much love, Melinda

Hi Lynette,
Have you read your "Streams" yesterday and today? WOW! I just loved those devotionals.

I loved this:
"The third level of faith believes God and His Word when circumstances, emotions, appearances, people, and human reason all seem to urge something to the contrary. . . May God grant us faith to completely trust His Word, even when every other sign points the other way."
And then this from today:
"Rest assured that if God waits longer than we desire, it is simply to make the blessings doubly precious."

Love you!

Lynette and family-
I always think of you on Sundays and visualize the day when the Thweatts march in to church and sit all together. What a happy day that will be! I fervently pray that the day will come soon. I hope that this Sunday is a day of renewed strength for you all.

The news sounds so good to me and that having Sydney out of the hospital is a gift. God is good, God is comforting and God is peace. I think of you'all often and pray for you more. Please tell Myna and Jack hello for me if they are there and hug little Sydney. Love to all, Suzy B.

Dear Lynette and James,
We are praying for Sydney and your family. "For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth." Deut. 7:6
May God send you peace, rest and strength for each moment.
Know we are praying for God's comfort and love to heal Sydney.
love, wendy doran

Hi Lynette,
I want you to read this again from Streams in the Desert even if you read it 2 days ago. It really hit home with me and where we are in our prayer battle. Lots of love and prayers to you!

This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4

Trusting even when it appears you have been forsaken; praying when it seems your words are simply entering a vast expanse where no one hears and no voice answers; believing that God's love is complete and that He is aware of your circumstances, even when your world seems to grind on as if setting its own direction and not caring for life or moving one inch in response to your petitions; desiring only what God's hands have planned for you; waiting patiently while seemingly starving to death, with your only fear being that your faith might fail--"this is the victory that has overcome the world"; this is genuine faith indeed. We will never stop praying for your precious family. Please tell Sydney to enjoy all of the yummy foods we know she's craving. Love to you all...
