Our thoughts and prayers have been with Little Sydney and your family all day. I awoke several times in the night and would say a prayer for Little Syd.
Please remember we are here for you whatever you need. If you need the plane ..please let us know..It's only a phone call away. That is only a small way we can help...We love you and your family.

My mom had me read your webpage this morning and the second I saw it my eyes were watering and I was almost in tears. Elizabeth Prentiss, one of my favorite authors, wrote Stepping Heavenward. In chapter 20 she said:

"O if the unseen presence of Jesus can make the heart to sing for joy in the midst of its sorrow and sin here, what will it be to dwell with Him forever! We never know, or begin to know, the great Heart that loves us best, until we throw ourselves upon it in the hour of our despair. Friends say and do all they can for us, but they do not know what we suffer or what we need; but Christ who formed, has penetrated the depths of the crushed heart. He pours in the oil that no human hand possesses, and 'as one whom his mother comforts, so will He comfort you.'"

You have revealed to us the heart of Christ and we love you all the more for that. We are waiting and praying for you and Sydney.

Dear Lynette and James,
I have watched closely all day the web site and have read each entry. My tears continue to flow and I cannot think of anything else but you and your family. My heart is heavy, but I remain faithful in the belief that God has so many plans for Sydney that we could not even comprehend. All of the family in Texas is staying in constant contact and we are all praying for her recovery. Each good day she experiences is a victory for her and one that we should all relish in with her.
