Our precious James(Thweatt Sr.)wrote:"I would catch my self being panicked or saddened and wanting to stop exercising, but I couldn't help thinking about Sydney's constant struggles. How could I ever give up on something so easy when SYDNEY NEVER GIVES UP?" To which we understand with all our hearts and why we STAND FOR YOU, when you can't stand for yourself; Why we(like Joshua did for Moses)hold your arms up when you can no longer bear it...and Why we pray,"I pray that out of HIS Glorious Riches HE might STRENGTHEN you with POWER, through His Holy Spirit IN YOUR INNER MOST HEART - THROUGH FAITH!" Ephs. 3:16 We pray without ceasing for Syd and all of you - moment by moment, every hour of every day! YOU ARE COVERED!
How blessed we all are for the privelege to stand with God's CHAMPIONS - The Thweatts!

Dear Lynette and James,
I was at the older kids' chapel this morning at Providence where everyone split into clusters to pray for your family (and especially Sydney). Your journey has touched so many lives and we are all so privileged to continually bring you before the Lord. By reading the various website entries, as well as your own letters, it is so evident that Jesus is being made more famous through you. Thank you for modeling grace and faith for all of us. He is our only hope and He is good and trustworthy. Continue to hold on to that.
Blessings and love. We miss you in Dallas.

Sydney and Family I've read/heard a lot about Sydney in reviewing her transplant request and talking with Christy, her previous case manager. Your notes on the website have been a rare opportunity to see what our patients go through. My best wishes and prayers are with you all. Feel free to call me at 800-462-3275, ext 28716.

Sydney, Lynette and James, After reading the previous entry about Sydney's terrible pain. I cried as God brought a song to my mind "My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus name. On Christ the solid rock I stand, all ohter ground is sinking sand . . . all other ground is sinking sand." We love you and miss you so much. We pray that God does immeasurably more than anyone can think or imagine in Sydneys body.
